Leslie J. Thompson is a seasoned journalist and marketing consultant with more than 12 years’ experience writing for and about Web-based media. After working in print media and marketing for several years, Leslie began writing for websites in 1999, and later learned the fundamentals of search engine optimization strategies and best practices for UI design. She currently works as the Executive Producer of GlobalWebHQ, an interactive marketing company that she co-owns with her husband, Craig. In this capacity, Leslie oversees the planning and project management for mobile application projects for clients, as well as video production projects.
