Craig Thompson is a self-professed “technology evangelist” with 20 years’ experience in information technology. After developing websites for clients for several years, Craig delved into the world of mobile applications by creating two innovative apps of his own, SpeechPrompter and iBabyVideo. As president of GlobalWebHQ, an interactive marketing and video production company, Craig helps clients leverage new technologies through mobile application development, search engine optimization, and online video. He also provides strategic consulting on Web-based broadcasting and has the inside track on the latest developments with Google Plus.
LESLIE J. THOMPSON, Executive Producer, GlobalWebHQ
Leslie J. Thompson is a seasoned journalist and marketing consultant with more than 12 years’ experience writing for and about Web-based media. After working in print media and marketing for several years, Leslie began writing for websites in 1999, and later learned the fundamentals of search engine optimization strategies and best practices for UI design. She currently works as the Executive Producer of GlobalWebHQ, an interactive marketing company that she co-owns with her husband, Craig. In this capacity, Leslie oversees the planning and project management for mobile application projects for clients, as well as video production projects. She continually follows growth trends for mobile technologies and strategies for using mobile as a marketing tool for small- and mid-sized businesses.
